Who We Are
The National Certification Medical Association (NCMA) is a national, competency-based credentialing authority for allied health professionals in the United States. NCMA operates independently of educational institutions and training providers to ensure integrity, objectivity, and public protection.
Credentialing Authority Overview
NCMA administers national certification examinations designed to assess minimum professional competency. Credentials are issued only upon successful completion of standardized examinations and are subject to time-limited validity and renewal.
Governance & Oversight
NCMA credentials are governed by an Advisory Board composed of licensed healthcare professionals and subject-matter experts. The Board oversees examination standards, ethical enforcement, disciplinary authority, and credential maintenance policies.

Ethics & Disciplinary Authority

NCMA credentials are time-limited and require renewal based on continued good standing and completion of continuing education requirements.
