Refund Policy
National Certification Medical Association (“NCMA”) strives to provide high-quality certification, credentialing, educational, and related professional services.
Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing any products or services.
Certification Fees
Certification application fees, examination fees, credential verification fees, and related service fees are generally non-refundable once an application has been submitted and processing has begun.
Training Programs
If NCMA offers educational courses or training programs, refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:
- A written cancellation request is received before the scheduled course begins.
- No course materials have been accessed or downloaded.
- The participant has not attended any portion of the course.
Approved refunds may be subject to administrative processing fees.
Duplicate Payments
If duplicate payments are made in error, NCMA will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction after verification.
Event Cancellations
If NCMA cancels a course, seminar, webinar, or event, participants may be offered:
- A full refund,
- A credit toward a future event, or
- The opportunity to transfer registration to another available session.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days.
Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Application processing fees
- Certification examination fees
- Credential verification fees
- Administrative fees
- Downloadable materials
- Completed services
